Marnus is an admitted attorney for the last 18 years. He was involved with Employment Relations in the holding company Denel (Pty) Ltd from 2007 - 2012 (Denel Business Divisions) with business development initiatives and liaised closely with the Chief Executive Officer from Denel Aviation, (Ismail Dockrat) to the benefit of intergovernmental relations. They received instructions directly from the Presidency.

Amongst Marnus’ various clients was Greg Marinovich, the South African photojournalist who was a member of the renowned bang-bang club that detailed South Africa's transition to democracy.

Belinda is one of the Director’s and Founders of Synergos Xtreme in 2018 from a background in sports PR and marketing. The event side of the company is run by Belinda Venter who has been in the events industry for over 15 years. She began her career with Tsebo Specialised Services, auditing and training many companies across diverse industries. Since then, she has held management positions in various markets with the most recent one being in the Event industry.
Belinda brings enthusiasm and focus to the team and strives to effectively plan and implement the client’s vision and message through all aspects of meetings and events.
Some of the events that she was part of the organisational Team, was Celine Dion’s World Tour in South Africa, Michael W Smith’s recent Tours as well as sporting events like the Vodacom Soccer Derby’s between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.
